Details: lacy panel is SHEER so wear whatever fun pop of color underneath or stick to a neutral color, the lacy part is white and the rest of the sweatshirt has a tinge of blue color to it, the applique has a lighthouse, two sailboats, and what seems to be a school building with the flag on top, in like-new condition!
